If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange, store credit, or a refund (less shipping charge) provided the item is returned in saleable condition. Simply follow the instructions below:
You may return an item within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, with the tag still intact, and in the condition that you received it.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. We do not offer refunds for sale/discounted items, however you may make an exchange or obtain store credit for such items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please contact your financial institution first as your financial institution’s processing time may vary. If your financial institution has no record of the refund being processed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a refund for non-defective products, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
